Dance Fridays 2027 VIP Pass — Terms and Conditions
Final in substance and subject to a final legal review before January 8, 2027. If anything changes, holders will be emailed. Last updated October 19, 2026.
1. What the pass is
The Dance Fridays 2027 VIP Pass ("the Pass") is a personal, non-transferable membership issued by DanceCrazy Productions Inc ("we," "us") to one named individual ("the Holder").
There is no physical pass or card. The Pass is a ticket you buy online. Buying it puts your name on the VIP list at the door, and your photo ID is how we let you in.
What the Pass buys is admission to Dance Fridays — the Friday-night events we produce at Space 550, San Francisco — from the date of purchase through December 31, 2027, subject to these terms.
Everything else listed with the Pass at the time of purchase is a bonus: included as a courtesy, not part of what is purchased, and governed by §4 and §6. That includes guest passes, parties, the SalsaCrazy Mondays dance party, the 4-Week Series benefits, Holder pricing, leaderboard prizes and any other extra.
2. One person, one pass
The Pass is valid only for the Holder named at purchase — or the gift recipient or second holder named at checkout, and in any case before January 8, 2027.
Photo ID matching the name on the VIP list is required at the door.
The Holder may correct the name on file once, by contacting us with matching ID.
The Pass may not be lent, shared, transferred, resold or assigned.
Anyone other than the Holder who tries to enter under the Pass will be refused.
3. Guest passes, parties and bonuses are not for sale
Why this rule exists. The Pass gives you far more than you pay for it — over $4,500 of admission, guest passes and parties at the door. We can afford that because the extras are meant to bring your own friends into the room, not to be resold.
Someone who sells a guest pass or charges their party guests is taking a sale that would have happened at our door and keeping the money. That is the opposite of what the Pass is for, and we treat it as a breach, not a grey area.
Guest passes, party nights, birthday parties, party ticket links, referral codes and every other bonus are gifts from the Holder to the Holder's own guests. They may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, advertised or offered to the public, in person or online, for money or anything of value. A Holder may not charge their guests, in any form, for admission under a bonus.
If, in our reasonable judgment, a Holder has sold or attempted to sell any bonus, or admission under the Pass, the Pass and all remaining bonuses are cancelled immediately without refund, and the Holder may be refused future passes.
4. How bonuses work
Guest passes
On the first and third Friday of each month, the Holder may bring one guest in free — two per month — from the date of purchase through December 31, 2027.
The Holder must arrive with the guest.
A guest pass not used on its Friday is gone; nothing carries over.
Guest passes are valid on live-music and holiday Fridays as well as regular ones, unless we announce in advance that a particular night is excluded.
Parties
Birthday party: one per Pass year, on a regular Friday in the Holder's birthday month, with free entry for up to 25 guests.
Party nights: two per Pass year (three for Passes bought November 27–29, 2026), each with free entry for up to 15 guests, on any regular Friday.
Party nights may not be combined with each other or with the birthday party on the same night.
How to book a party
Email info@dancesf.com at least 21 days ahead. A party is confirmed only in writing by us.
We then send the Holder a private ticket link good for the confirmed headcount.
Every guest must hold a ticket from that link. No one is admitted just because a party is scheduled; only the Holder is on the door list by name.
Party guests must be 21+. The Holder is responsible for their guests' conduct.
We host at most three parties on any Friday, confirmed in the order requests arrive.
Leaderboards We may award prizes, as announced to Holders, for 2027 attendance and for use of a Holder's personal referral code. Prizes are determined by our records, and our determination is final.
Expiry Bonuses not used by December 31, 2027 expire.
5. All sales are final
The Pass is sold for a small fraction of its door value and is non-refundable and non-cancellable, in whole or in part, for any reason — including non-attendance, relocation, illness, schedule changes, or changes to our program, DJs, bands, rooms or venue.
Any credit we may ever choose to extend to a Holder is entirely at our discretion, is not a right under the Pass, is calculated on the Pass's remaining value under our internal schedule, and is issued as event credit, never cash.
6. Regular Fridays, special nights and other events
Regular Friday: any Dance Fridays at our standard weekly ticket price.
Special nights: Fridays with a different price — live bands, holidays, anniversaries, festivals. We identify them in advance on our calendar.
The Pass admits the Holder to every Dance Fridays we produce, regular or special.
Guest passes are valid on special nights unless we have announced an exclusion in advance (§4).
Birthday parties and party nights are booked on regular Fridays only.
SalsaCrazy Mondays The Mondays dance party is a bonus: the Holder is admitted to the social dance on the same ID check. The Monday class itself is not included.
4-Week Series The Holder may register for each 2027 4-Week Series before public registration opens, at 20% off — one discounted place per Holder per series.
Other events Events we present with third parties, separately ticketed concerts, festivals, workshops and any event we designate in advance as excluded require a separate ticket. On those, the Holder pays the lowest price we advertise for that event.
7. Dark nights, capacity, closures and changes
Dance Fridays runs most, not all, Fridays, and SalsaCrazy Mondays most, not all, Mondays. Some nights fall dark — holidays, holiday weekends, and one or two nights a year when a venue is used for other events. A dark night does not reduce, extend or otherwise affect the Pass. We intend to hold at least 48 Dance Fridays in 2027.
Admission is subject to venue capacity and legal occupancy limits. Holders are admitted ahead of general admission while doors are open, but are not guaranteed entry after a capacity stop or after doors close.
We may change the venue, schedule, lineup, rooms, lessons, start times or format of any event without liability. If Dance Fridays stops operating for the rest of the Pass year, we will, at our election, honor the Pass at a successor event we produce or issue event credit on the same basis as §5.
We are not responsible for closures or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control — venue decisions, weather, public-health orders, utilities, labor actions, civil disturbance or government action — and those nights do not count toward the number above.
8. Conduct and revocation
Holders and their guests agree to the Standard of Conduct below and to the rules of the venue. A guest's breach is treated as the Holder's.
We may refuse admission, remove a person from the venue, or suspend or revoke a Pass for breach of these terms or the Standard of Conduct, for unlawful behavior, or where we reasonably believe a person poses a risk to others. We will tell the Holder of a suspension or revocation in writing, with the reason.
Revocation for cause is without refund, and a person whose Pass has been revoked may be refused future passes and admission.
9. General
Holders must be 21 or older.
The Pass is a license to attend, not a ticket to any specific event, and confers no ownership or other rights.
We may photograph and film events; attendance is consent to appear in our promotional material.
Our liability to a Holder for any claim relating to the Pass is limited to the amount paid for it.
We may update these terms to correct errors or comply with law; material changes will be sent to the email on file.
These terms are governed by California law.

The Dance Fridays VIP Standard
Holders and their guests agree to it under §8 of the Terms.
Consent is the whole thing. A no is a no, the first time, no explanation needed. Hands where a dance needs them and nowhere else. If you see it go wrong for someone else, tell staff.
Your guests are yours. You brought them, you vouch for them. A guest's breach counts as yours.
Staff run the night. Door, bar, security and instructors have the final call on the night. Raise it with us afterwards if you disagree.
Respect the room. It's the venue's dress code and house rules, every time: no outside alcohol, no outside food, no water bottles or drinks carried in, dress for a night out. Nothing that could cost us the room.
Know your limit. Anyone we judge too intoxicated to be safe on a dance floor is refused or removed, pass or no pass.
Represent us well. Holders are the face of Dance Fridays. How you treat newcomers and other dancers reflects on the club.
If it's broken
First instance of 3, 4 or 6: a conversation with us.
Anything under 1 or 5, or a repeat of the others: pass suspended or revoked, no refund, per §8 of the Terms.
Serious misconduct toward another person: immediate removal and permanent revocation.
